Embark on a unique food and wine tour starting from Venice or Conegliano, designed to immerse you in the exceptional flavors and heritage of the region. Our journey begins with a visit to a renowned, world-class cheese producer, where you’ll taste award-winning cheeses, explore the historic family museum, and tour the maturing cellars. The tasting experience will start with Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, the area’s signature wine, and continue through lesser-known gems such as Torchiato di Fregona DOCG and Refrontolo Passito DOCG, offering an in-depth exploration of cheese and wine pairings. You’ll even gain exclusive access to the Top Secret Room, where experimental dairy creations take place, and the Caveau dei Formaggi Riserva Speciale, sampling a Supergold-winning cheese alongside the exquisite Torchiato di Fregona DOCG. Next, enjoy a leisurely lunch at a scenic osteria, with a dedicated menu featuring appetizers, first and main courses, and a glass of local wine. In the afternoon, we’ll head outdoors for the second part of the tour, where you’ll be guided through a tasting of four Prosecco DOCG wines, thoughtfully paired with regional cold cuts and cheeses.
